Esyasoft India is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 3–6 years of PQE to join its legal team in Bangalore. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in projects work.

About the Role

The selected candidate will work on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Handling and negotiating EPC contracts
• Managing litigation and legal disputes
• Drafting and implementing internal policies
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advising the business on day-to-day legal matters

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Prior projects work experience will be preferred
• Good understanding of applicable laws and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and legal research skills
