About the Role
The selected candidate will work on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Handling and negotiating EPC contracts
- Managing litigation and legal disputes
- Drafting and implementing internal policies
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advising the business on day-to-day legal matters
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Prior projects work experience will be preferred
- Good understanding of applicable laws and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and legal research skills
