The Legal Analyst will be responsible for understanding the legal concerns and requirements of prospective clients and explaining suitable legal services in a clear and client-friendly manner. The role combines legal understanding with client counselling, communication and lead conversion.
The selected candidate will communicate with incoming and outbound leads through phone calls and other communication channels. They will explain relevant legal solutions, build trust with prospective clients and counsel them regarding suitable legal service packages.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Legal Analyst will handle qualified leads, conduct regular follow-ups and maintain communication with prospective clients until conversion. The role also involves converting qualified leads into paying clients or subscribers.
The candidate will maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions through the company’s CRM system. The Legal Analyst will also coordinate with the legal and operations teams whenever required.
The position involves achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets. Candidates will also be expected to handle client objections professionally and ensure a positive client experience throughout the process.
Eligibility and Skills
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in legal consulting, legal sales, legal services, client counselling or a similar role. Applicants should have a sound understanding of basic legal concepts and terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for the position. Candidates should also possess convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities, along with the ability to explain legal matters in simple language.
Experience with legal service companies, legal consultation firms, legal-tech companies, legal insurance or subscription services, client counselling, or inside sales and telesales in legal or professional services may be preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace will also be useful. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team.
Salary, Working Hours and Application
The position offers a salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with the job description specifying ₹25,000 per month for the role. The position is fully remote and work from home.
The working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, six days a week. The selected candidate is expected to join immediately.
