Job Description The role of an Assistant Manager – Legal at Max Healthcare involves a variety of tasks related to agreements, compliance and corporate law within the healthcare context.
Role Objectives
The selected candidate will: be the lead in handling and closure of agreements and contracts pertinent to business operations; execute compliance audits with diligence and efficiency; support in identification and resolution of compliance issues; conduct thorough legal research and prepare a comprehensive final compliance audit report; manage contractual execution; execute all other legal assignments as necessitated; collaborate extensively with members of different Legal teams within Max Healthcare branches as well as with the Head office Legal team; interface with external and internal auditors during compliance audits. Eligibility and Qualifications: Law graduates (LL.B.) from a recognized University.
Desired Skills:
Should have working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
The ideal candidate must have good oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Should be interested in learning about contract management, compliance auditing and other corporate legal work in healthcare.
Should be willing to travel to various Max Healthcare locations for official audits and compliance-related assignments.
