Section 73 & 74: Rule-Making Power and Repeal of Old Laws in Rajasthan Court Fees Act
Section 73 and 74 of the Rajasthan Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1961, enact the authority of the State Government to enact rules and explain the effect of the repeal of previous laws.
