Vishwajit Rane’s Conduct at GMCH: Potential Violations of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023
The episode that occurred on June 7, 2025, when the Minister of Health for the state of Goa, Vishwajit Rane, publicly reprimanded and removed Dr. Rudresh Kuttikar from his position at the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), is the subject of this article.
