How RPSC is Failing Rajasthan’s Aspirants : An Investigation into Recruitment Irregularities
This article critically examines the Rajasthan Public Service Commission’s (RPSC) 2023 Assistant Professor recruitment, exposing significant systemic flaws. It highlights glaring irregularities, including arbitrary and inconsistent ratios of candidates called for interviews, which ranged from over 12 per seat in Mathematics to as low as 2 in other subjects. The analysis further reveals the practice of calling numerous candidates with no mathematical chance of final selection due to the massive gaps between interview and final cut-off scores.
