High Court Refuses to Dismiss FIR Against Neha Rathore for Social Media Remarks on PM Modi

The complaint against Neha Singh Rathore was filed at Lucknow in Hazratganj police station in April under the different provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The major allegations deal with her social media content, specifically on the social site known as X (previously Twitter), which was published in the post-terrorist attack period in Pahalgam.
