The Centre for IT & IP Law, KU Leuven (CiTiP), invites doctoral and junior researchers working in the field of law and emerging technologies to submit abstracts for its Research Colloquium on Law and Emerging Technologies 2026.
The theme of the colloquium is “Challenges and Future Directions in IT & IP Law in Light of the Digital Omnibus (and Beyond)”.

Travel, Food and Accommodation Support
Travel, food and accommodation support will be available for 10 selected abstracts, providing selected researchers with financial assistance to attend the colloquium at KU Leuven, Belgium.
How to Apply
Interested researchers are required to submit their abstract, CV and a one-page research overview to Dr. Maja Nisevic at maja.nisevic@kuleuven.be.

The colloquium provides an opportunity for doctoral and junior researchers to present their research and engage with current debates surrounding IT law, intellectual property law and emerging technologies in the context of the Digital Omnibus and developments beyond it.
