Job Description – Akasa Air Looking for Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at Akasa Air in Mumbai.
The position is ideally suited for lawyers with 4-8 years PQE in corporate and commercial law, with proven expertise in commercial contracts and extensive experience advising businesses on legal matters. What you will do as part of our Legal team: you would bring your strong commercial understanding and excellent legal judgment to bear on the role, working closely with your business counterparts and leading negotiations on commercials. Requirements Candidate needs to be having 4-8 years of PQE in corporate and commercial law, with hands-on experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial contracts. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills is a must for the candidate, as they will have to interact with various stakeholders and hand-hold the business on their contractual and commercial needs.
