Mandla & Singh Law Chambers has invited applications from law graduates and advocates interested in building a long term career in litigation. The Chambers is looking for candidates for the position of Associate with 1 to 2 years of post qualification experience (PQE).
The selected candidates will work on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums, with exposure to different stages of litigation.
Associate Vacancy at Mandla & Singh Law Chambers
The Associate will work closely with the legal team and will be involved in the preparation and conduct of litigation matters. The position provides exposure to criminal, commercial and civil matters.
Candidates will be involved in legal research and strategy, drafting and pleadings, client conferences, case management and coordination, as well as court proceedings across different areas of practice.
The Chambers intends to provide meaningful responsibility to selected candidates from an early stage. Associates will be expected to take an active role in the development and conduct of matters.
Eligibility and Experience
The position is open to advocates with 1 to 2 years of PQE who are interested in developing a serious litigation practice.
Candidates should have strong legal research and drafting skills and be detail oriented and dependable. The role also requires individuals who are comfortable taking ownership of assigned work and working independently when required.
Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting is essential for the position.
Areas of Practice
The work will cover criminal, commercial and civil litigation. Associates will receive exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums.
